Murphy Career Insights Day at Curragh Racecourse

Murphy is a leading civil engineering and construction business with a long-standing connection to Ireland
People considering their next career move, as well as students planning their future after school, are invited to attend Murphy’s Career Insights Day at Curragh Racecourse on Thursday, 22 October, from 9.30am to 4pm.
Murphy is a leading civil engineering and construction business with a long-standing connection to Ireland.
The family-owned company established its Irish headquarters in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, in the 1960s and has grown to become one of the country’s best-known infrastructure and engineering contractors.
Founded in London in 1951 by John Murphy, a Kerry native, the business remains family-led today, with the founder’s grandson serving as the company’s current CEO.
Over more than seven decades, Murphy has delivered major projects across transport, water, energy and industrial sectors in Ireland, the UK and beyond.
The Career Insights Day will showcase the wide range of opportunities available within the business, including current vacancies, graduate programmes, apprenticeships and third-level pathways.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet members of the Murphy team, learn about career development opportunities and gain an insight into the different routes into a career in engineering, construction and infrastructure.
