Godolphin Ireland is seeking an experienced and dedicated Yearling Groom to join the team at Ballysheehan Stud (Cashel) and Victor Stud (Golden).
This is a six-month, fixed-term, full-time position and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a first-class thoroughbred operation.
The Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the care and preparation of thoroughbred yearlings and will work as part of a professional and experienced team.
Previous experience working with thoroughbred yearlings is essential.
The role will involve:
- Providing high standards of care and management to thoroughbred yearlings
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of yearlings
- Working effectively as part of a busy stud team
- Maintaining high standards of horse welfare and stable management
- Working weekends and undertaking overtime as required
