A capped variable rate mortgage and an everyday current account, with decisions made right here in Kilcock

For many people, buying a home is the biggest financial decision they will ever make.

At Kilcock Credit Union, it should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and that starts with a local team beside you from your first payday to the day you pick up the keys.

Kilcock Credit Union is proud to offer Ireland’s new Capped Variable Rate Mortgage, combining the flexibility of a variable rate with the peace of mind of a cap.

The current rate is 3.85% (APRC 3.92%), capped at 4.40% (APRC 4.5%) for the first three years, so your repayments will never rise above that limit during the capped period.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, mover or switcher, all lending decisions are made locally.

Everyday money matters too. With the Kilcock Credit Union Current Account, you can keep your salary in one place, pay with tap-and-go, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Google Wallet, and track spending through Online Banking or the Mobile App for a monthly maintenance fee of €4.00.
