1. What first sparked the idea for your business?

I am a practising solicitor in Hayes Solicitors Limerick, an established law firm with family member Dr. Breda Hayes. The direction of the firm was sparked by our shared experiences within the legal profession and a clear opportunity to create a law firm that stands out from the crowd.

2. How would you describe what your business does best?

Renowned for handling complex planning, environmental and other landmark cases, together with other practice areas of probate, property, business, personal injuries, Judicial Review.

Every case is approached with meticulous attention to detail. The firm upholds the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Committed to our clients’ best interests, to the well being of communities and the protection of the environment.

3. What advice would you tell yourself if you were starting over?

I have always and will continue to choose integrity over influence. Trust your own judgment and instincts, stand firm in what you believe in and never be swayed by pressure to follow the crowd. Treat everyone with fairness and respect.

4. Where do you see the business heading next?

Continuing to build on our established law firm to lead with integrity, courage and independent judgment, tackling complex cases and offering our clients a comprehensive legal service across all areas of law.

5. Do you have a personal motto you live by?

Always approach everything with an open mind. Stand up for what you believe in and protect those without a voice. Never give up when faced with difficult circumstances. Courage carries you through and strength of character and integrity make you rise stronger.
