Cannon Kirk Group - a Leading Residential Developer - are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman.

The Finishing Foreman will be reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate a number of trades at one time to close out multiple units as per the developers spec and high standard of finish.

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.

Duties:

• Close out and deliver completed units on time and to perfection
• Ensuring that the end product meets customer’s expectation in relation to build and finish
• Take control of snag lists
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Produce reports on job progress
• Ensure Completion Dates are met
• Attend online team meetings with Sales agents and the developers solicitors.

Requirements:

• Trade background preferable
• Previous experience in large housing developments
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is essential
• Strong team building skills
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
• Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
