Skin Therapy at Brittons - Providing excellent results for clients

What first sparked the idea of your business.

I was brought up in the family business and I always wanted to have "something" of my own. Beauty Therapy was the beginning of the journey and Systmatic Kinesiology has been the destination.

Both these modalities are combined to bring excellent results for clients.

How would you describe what your business does best.

The key to any business being successful is having a great team. Emma-Jane, Tamara and I provide comfort and a peaceful environment for our clients and to ensure that they leave with good memories!

What advice would you give yourself if you were starting over?

Get plenty of experience working for other people. I made a lot of mistakes in the early years, but I learned from them.

Where do you see your business heading next?

We are continuing to up skill in our cosmetic ranges - Guinot, Thalgo and in kinesiology. By keeping informed of new research and development in these sectors, will help grow the business to newer heights.

Do you have a personal moto you live by?

I learned from my late father that "duty of care" to our customers is of paramount importance. My staff and I carry this through on a daily basis.
