Thomas Murphy and sons Machinery is offering exciting career opportunities for Plant Operators and HGV Drivers with a leading road rehabilitation company based in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Thomas Murphy & sons Machinery is recognised as a market leader in road rehabilitation techniques across the Republic of Ireland and is seeking skilled, motivated individuals to join its growing team.

The primary vacancies are for experienced HGV Drivers and Plant Operators with a minimum of three years’ experience working on roadworks or civil engineering projects.

Successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy construction machinery safely and efficiently on-site. While a full, clean C1/C driving licence is desirable, it is not essential for applicants who can demonstrate strong relevant experience and a solid background in similar roles.

In addition to technical ability, the company places strong emphasis on personal qualities. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment is also essential.
