Susan Crean Dental & Facial Aesthetics is currently inviting applications from dentists interested in joining its expanding team, with a part-time position available and the option to progress to full-time for the right candidate.

Based on Denny Street in Tralee, the clinic has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a calm and supportive environment.

Led by principal dentist Dr Susan Crean (pictured below), the award-winning practice is grounded in an ethos of clinical excellence, prevention, and holistic dental care for patients of all ages.

Accolades won by Susan Crean Dental & Facial Aesthetics include:

* Winner of employer of the year Irish dentistry awards 2025
* Winner of best treatment of nervous patient  2025 Irish dentistry awards.
* All Ireland business foundation five in a row all stars from  the AIBF

Following the conclusion of the current recruitment process, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a modern, progressive practice that offers a broad spectrum of treatments. These include restorative and cosmetic dentistry, paediatric dentistry, orthodontics, sedation dentistry, cosmetic teeth whitening, facial aesthetics, implant restoration, management of jaw pain and tooth wear, as well as sleep medicine.

The clinic has a particular interest in treating nervous patients and takes pride in providing gentle, pain-free dentistry in a relaxing setting.

Susan Crean Dental & Facial Aesthetics is also at the forefront of dental innovation, utilising cutting-edge technology such as digital radiography, photography, intraoral scanners, laser dentistry and advanced 3D smile design. This commitment to innovation allows clinicians to deliver precise, efficient and highly personalised care, helping patients achieve smiles they
can truly be proud of.

The clinic gained national recognition in 2022 when it was named Colgate Caring Dental Team of the Year, after being nominated by a patient who credited the team with helping them overcome a severe, lifelong fear of the dentist following a childhood experience.

The award highlighted the compassion, patience and professionalism shown by Dr Crean and her team.

Dr Crean has trained extensively both nationally and internationally in cosmetic dentistry, digital smile design, implant restoration, oral surgery, children’s dentistry, sedation, facial aesthetics, jaw-related conditions and sleep disorders such as snoring and sleep apnoea.

She is also a passionate advocate for preventative dentistry and regularly promotes oral health awareness within the wider community, including visits to schools and nursing homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking to develop their career in a supportive, award-winning practice with a strong patient base and a clear commitment to excellence in care.
