Search for missing 13-year-old boy  stood down as gardaí issue update

Gardai have stood down a missing person appeal for a 13-year-old boy from Dublin who was reported missing having last been seen on  Friday, October 10.

The teenage boy who had been the subject of the appeal has been "found safe and well", gardaí have confirmed.

Eoghan O'Reilly - described as being approximately 5" 3' in height with a slim build, with brown hair and blue eyes - was reported missing on Sunday October 12.

O’Reilly had been missing from his home since Friday, October 10.

"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance," a garda spokesperson said.
