RIP Eoin Kennedy
Gardai have issued a tragic update to an urgent missing person case that has now been stood down.
A 26-year-old man in Dublin has been found dead after being reported missing from Palmerstown since Monday October 6, having last been seen at approximetly 5 pm.

In an update on Saturday October 11, gardaí confirmed that the missing person appeal for Eoin Kennedy was stood down after the tragic discovery of his body.
They said: "Following the discovery of the body of a man in Dublin, the appeal for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Eoin Kennedy (26), reported missing from Palmerstown, Dublin 20 on Thursday, 9th October 2025, has now been stood down."
No further action is required.
An Garda Síochána thanked the public and media for their assistance during the course of this appeal.
