Ireland's No.1 Solar Installer Comes to Cashel
Activ8 Solar Energies opens a new Cashel depot and recruits roofers and electricians to join its growing team
Ireland’s leading solar installation company, Activ8 Solar Energies, is expanding its nationwide operations with the opening of a new depot in Cashel, bringing new career opportunities for roofers and electricians in Tipperary.
The Cashel base marks another important step in the growth of Activ8, creating a local hub from which the company can support its solar operations while building a team of skilled tradespeople from Cashel and the surrounding area.
For local roofers and electricians, it represents an opportunity to take existing trade skills into the rapidly growing solar energy sector and build a long-term career with one of Ireland’s most established names in renewable energy.
The recruitment campaign is focused on a clear message: “Build your skills. Build your future. Build a career, not just another job.”
Activ8 is recruiting both roofers and electricians for the Cashel operation, offering competitive salaries, flexible working and career progression.
The scale behind the move is significant. This is not a small regional solar operator establishing a presence in Tipperary.
Cashel is welcoming Ireland’s No.1 solar installer, a company with a substantial nationwide operation and the backing of SSE Airtricity, with Activ8 operating as part of SSE Airtricity.
For Cashel and the wider Tipperary area, the opening is positive news. It brings employment opportunities in a growing industry into the local area while giving experienced tradespeople a new route to develop their careers without leaving their existing skills behind.
Activ8 is now encouraging roofers and electricians across Tipperary who are interested in moving into solar to apply for positions at the new Cashel depot.
Build your skills. Build your future. Build a career, not just another job.
