Oaklee is seeking a Property & Assets Officer to join their Housing Operations team. This role involves managing repairs and maintenance for tenanted and vacant properties, ensuring high standards through effective contract management.
Salary: €53,917 | Hours: 37 per week | Hybrid working available
Key Requirements:
❖ Level 6 qualification in surveying, building
services or property management
❖ Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or
estate management
❖ Strong knowledge of building construction and
health & safety regulations
❖ Full driving licence and own transport
