With the school believing in 'Mens Sana in Corpore Sano' - 'a healthy mind in a healthy body' since its founding in 2001, they proudly offer a progressive, Irish-medium education where every child is encouraged to grow academically, socially and creatively in a warm, supportive environment.

Principal and staff work hand-in-hand with families to ensure that children thrive through full Irish-language immersion from their very first day. The Catholic school warmly welcomes children of all faiths, fostering values of respect, kindness and community.

Irish culture is at the heart of daily life in the school, where music, dance and national games are celebrated alongside a love of learning. Learning extends far beyond the classroom, with an impressive range of extra-curricular activities – from choir, Irish dancing, film-making and baking to gardening, cycling and chess. Sport is a cornerstone of school life, with boys’ and girls’ teams proudly representing Gaelscoil Chaladh an Treoigh in Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie, Soccer and Basketball through the annual Cumann na mBunscoil and local competitions.
