Gardaí say they have been found safe and well following the urgent appeal
Gardaí have confirmed that a missing person appeal for a father and son who were reported missing since Friday, October 17 has been stood down.
In an update issued on Sunday morning, they say that Wayne O'Reilly (48) and his son Oisín O'Reilly (11) have been "located safely" and that no further action is required.
The pair were reported missing on Friday, October 17 sparking an urgent nationwide appeal.

Amid concerns for their wellbeing, Gardaí sought help from members of the public in locating Wayne and Oisín who were last seen in Clondalkin, Dublin around 6:40am on Friday morning.
While Gardaí confirmed they have been located safely, no further information has been disclosed to the public at this time.
A spokesperson for the Gardaí has thanked the media and members of the public for their assistance with the appeal.
