Dermot Kennedy announces blockbuster Aviva Stadium concert for Summer 2026

The concert will be the Irish singer's biggest show to date on home soil

Ireland's music sensation Dermot Kennedy has announced a landmark headline show at the Aviva Stadium for July 11, 2026.

The multi-platinum singer/songwriter has revealed the blockbuster show for next Summer on the back of performing two packed-out intimate shows in September at the 3Olympia Theatre.

The presale for the concert will begin from 10am on Wednesday, October 8 before the general sale kicks off at 10am on Friday, October 10. 

The Dublin man best know for hits such as 'Power Over me' and 'Giants' will be running the presale for the Aviva Stadium show through his own database in order to provide a better fan experience.

In order for fans to be eligible to avail of the presale, they must be signed up to Kennedy's mailing list which can be found here and register before 10am on Tuesday, October 7. 

 

The cost of tickets for the milestone concert will vary from €81.25, €91.25, €101.25 and €111.25 depending on the type of ticket and its location. Each ticket is subject to 12.5% Ticketmaster service charge which is capped at €10.50.

Mastercard cardholders will be entitled to special access to a Mastercard presale for the Aviva Stadium concert. The exclusive presale will start from 10am on Thursday, October 9 until 10am on Friday, October 10.

The show will feature an array of hits and fan favourites across Kennedy's discography as well as new material which will be released in 2026 in the lead up to the landmark show in the Irish capital. 

The Aviva Stadium gig announcement marks the next step in the meteoric rise of the Rathcoole-born artist who originally started out busking on the streets of Dublin before forging an incredibly successful musical career.
