Speaking on the New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce, he said he “appreciated” all the messages of congratulations he and Swift have received since their announcement on Instagram last month.

Jason said: “Travis, we’ve got to talk about it.

“In case you’ve missed the Instagram post heard around the world – Travis and Taylor are engaged. Yayyyyy!”

Travis said: “That’s right, that’s right. And I appreciate everybody that reached out and sent something, and all the posts, and all the excitement that’s been going on.

“It’s been really fun telling everybody who I’m going to be spending the rest of my life with.”
