Ireland's first Kutchenhaus Kitchen Showroom opens in Kilkenny

Ireland’s first showroom from German kitchen brand Kutchenhaus has opened its doors at Unit 2, Parklands Business Centre, Hebron Rd, Kilkenny, R95 KV5D.

Owned and managed by Paula and Liam Holohan, Kutchenhaus Kilkenny is an immersive 3,300 sq. ft. space dedicated to German kitchen innovation and the latest styles, colours and finishes.

Kutchenhaus, the UK’s fastest-growing kitchen franchise, now operates a network of over 95 showrooms, with the launch of its Kilkenny space representing a key milestone and an important step in the brand’s continued expansion.

Passionate about creating kitchens that truly amaze and offering a customer experience which leaves a lasting impression, owner Paula brings a wealth of industry experience and a distinctive personal touch to everything she does.

Working previously as a kitchen designer and within graphic design, the new Kilkenny showroom is the culmination of her design flair and a commitment to quality.

She comments: “Opening the new showroom marks an incredibly exciting milestone, and we are thrilled to be welcoming our first customers through the doors. Our ambition is to challenge perceptions of the traditional kitchen and demonstrate just how much is truly possible in modern kitchen design.

“I have to pinch myself when I think of how far we’ve come and I joke that the new Kilkenny showroom is my baby, I’m that invested and happy with it!”

Paula is joined by husband, Liam, who has worked in construction throughout his career and now takes up the responsibility of installation and customer service.

Together, the pair will ensure customers receive an end-to-end experience with a family ethos.

Stepping into Kutchenhaus’s first Ireland showroom, visitors can immerse themselves in an inspiring collection of beautifully crafted, on-trend designs across 12 different displays, each created to suit every lifestyle, layout and budget, complemented by appliances from brands including NEFF, Siemens, SMEG, Caple, Quooker, and Blanco.

From range cookers to quartz worktops and Belfast sinks, the space seamlessly blends contemporary and classic styles, brought to life through a considered palette of coral tones, layered greens, greys and sleek black finishes, allowing customers to start envisioning their perfect new kitchen.

Paula explains: “At my core, I’m a designer who loves working with people. My passion lies in solving kitchen challenges and creating spaces that truly delight my customers.

“When someone is making a big investment like a new kitchen, trust is everything, and I always take time to understand their needs and lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve loved meeting so many different people and helping to transform their homes.”

She continues: “Whether it’s young couples planning their future or older homeowners looking to create a more practical, comfortable space, I thrive on every new challenge, especially when I see the smile at the end of a completed project.”

Paula adds: “Our goal is to inspire customers to think differently about modern kitchens. Everything they see when they visit Kutchenhaus Kilkenny can be incorporated into their own home. We want to educate, excite and bring more incredible kitchens to our city.”

On Saturday March 14, Paula and Liam will host their grand opening event at the showroom. Suitable for families, the day will include food tasting and a celebrity chef appearance, plus a ballroom dancing exhibition and live music into the evening.
