1. What first sparked the idea for your business?

Working in property showed me just how important guidance and reassurance are during big life decisions. Buying, selling, or letting a home can feel overwhelming, and I often felt clients deserve a more personal and consistent experience.

I took my time before launching the business because I strongly believe this type of service needs to be right from the very beginning. For me, it had to be built properly, with clear standards, strong foundations, and a genuine commitment to people.

That’s why I started Brid Rhatigan Estate Agent | Keller Williams Ireland, so from the very first phone call or email, clients deal directly with me and always know exactly who is looking after them.

2. How would you describe what your business does best?

I focus on giving people confidence throughout the property process while keeping the experience as stress-free as possible from beginning to end.

My business is built around communication, honesty, and being accessible. Clients aren’t passed from person to person, I personally guide them from start to finish, creating clarity, trust, and reassurance at every stage.

I also operate on a NO SALE NO FEE basis, because I believe clients should feel supported and confident without added pressure.

3. What advice would you tell yourself if you were starting over?

Believe in your own approach sooner.

Being genuine and consistent matters more than trying to fit a traditional mould. People connect with authenticity, and trust grows simply by doing what you say you will do and showing up when it matters most.

4. Where do you see the business heading next?

I see the business growing steadily through relationships and word of mouth. My aim is to become a trusted local advisor, someone people feel comfortable calling for property guidance at any stage, not just when they are ready to sell, but when they simply need honest advice.

5. Do you have a personal motto you live by?

Do things properly, or don’t do them at all.

That mindset is behind every decision I make in business, as anyone that knows me, taking the time to get things right, being present for clients, and building trust that lasts beyond a single transaction.

Property is about homes and life changes, people deserve to know that from their very first call, they’re dealing with someone who genuinely cares about getting it right for them.
