Our facilities include a 25-metre heated swimming pool, children’s swimming lessons, aqua aerobics, a fully equipped gym, Reformer Pilates, and relaxing wellness areas with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Our 25-metre pool is ideal for both beginners and confident swimmers, whether you’re training for fitness, building confidence in the water, or simply enjoying a relaxing swim.
Our Club Kids Swimming Lessons, for children aged 4+, run Tuesday to Saturday and help young swimmers build confidence, learn water safety, and develop strong swimming skills. Lessons are taught by our highly qualified instructors and cater for all levels — from beginners to advanced.
We also offer Aqua Aerobics, one of our most popular low-impact classes. It’s gentle on the joints while improving strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness — and it’s included in your membership.
Our modern, fully equipped gym floor features a wide range of cardio and strength equipment, giving you everything you need to train effectively, build confidence, and make real progress.
Members can also enjoy 40 free group fitness classes every week, including group cycling, Zumba and HIIT, with options to suit all fitness levels.
To complement your training, we also offer Yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates as additional paid classes.
