Sinead Coughlan returns from New York to launch New Estate Agency

After several successful years working in the fast-paced property markets of New York City, local native Sinead Coughlan has returned home to launch her new business, Sinead Coughlan Estate Agents, right in the heart of Adare.

Sinead, having worked in one of the most competitive property environments along with her experience as a Luxury Specialist at Christie’s International Real Estate in New York, Sinead brings global-level marketing, client service, and sales expertise directly to the Limerick market.

“Coming home has been an incredibly meaningful step for me,” Sinead says. “This area shaped me, and I’m excited to offer a service built on the high standards and professional expertise I developed abroad. My goal is to deliver strong results for clients while building long-term relationships throughout the region.”

To mark the launch of her agency, Sinead is offering an introductory 1% commission rate, giving local property owners an attractive option when bringing a home to the market.

Her new practice will focus on residential sales, marketing premium homes, and providing a personalized service backed by global-level experience and deep familiarity with the area.
