Gardaí attached to Kilkenny and Carlow 'spotted a car had no tax, insurance or NCT'
An individual is due to appear in court following an incident with gardaí this evening.
Taking to X along with a picture of the car, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "This driver certainly wasn't fulfilling their Civic responsibility. "We were out on patrol in Kilkenny and Carlow when we spotted this car had no tax, insurance or NCT. "It's been seized and court will follow for this driver. "
